WHY DID YOU CHOOSE A CAREER IN DIGITAL?
I entered the digital world the very first moment it appeared as a channel. And this because I strongly believe that technology is changing and improving our lives.

WHAT IS THE BEST CAREER ADVICE YOU RECEIVED AND FROM WHOM?
Never assume but learn, do research. From my first manager.

WHAT DO YOU THINK YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO THE DIGITAL WORLD IS?
Agent of change, in charge with creating new streams of revenue by combining digital with beauty, in my case. And of course, strongly contributing to upskilling the traditional functions. Sort of a digital evangelist.

HOW CAN ONE FUTURE-PROOF HIS CAREER?
Just by continuous learning, learning by doing, and staying curious.


DIGITAL WILL: improve our lives by giving back more time.

CREATE: new behaviours, new streams of communication and new employees profiles.

SHARE: will simply share.

ACHIEVE: will achieve what traditional functions or channels are not capable anymore because of the scale, complexity, distances and short time.

ADVICE TO YOUNG PROFESSIONALS:
Treat digital seriously. It’s not about social media anymore. It’s data analytics, consumer profiling, e-commerce, and loyalty and it’s a lot of serious work.

YOUR DIGITAL INSPIRATION COMES FROM: the emergent shifts, disruptive models some businesses are up to and the results they have. From what Fintech brings in our lives, from the many examples of “services UBERisation”.
